The genre of Rap music has evolved over time, yet the characteristics of the Golden Age Era are infused in the makeup of Progressive Hip Hop recording artist Godfrey "Da God 6EE" Henry, native of the Crown Heights section of Brooklyn, New York. Inspired by legendary musical groups De La Soul, The Roots, The Fugees, and A Tribe Called Quest, poetry evolved into musical lyrics for 6EE. As an Emcee, he uses his deep tone and witty wordplay to grace verses & showcase his intangible talent. For Da God, searching for different rhyming patterns and subject matters to diversify his sound is a constant. His passion and love for different mediums of music, keeps listeners intrigued. He is currently in the production process of his debut project entitled "My Perspective Is Rare", which he says "... will be something Hip Hop never forgets."
