The release of Guante Blanco’s first LP “Moonglasses” (Gamberros Pro, 2011) fulfilled critic and public expectation that had been evolving over the past years in the Spanish underground rap scene.
Towards the end of 2012 "Moonglasses No. 8 Steel Remixes" sheds a new light upon the original sound of Guante Blanco, combing classic 90s samples and fresh synths.
It includes remixes by Hoodlover, as well as other artists such as D.Unison, Chulito Camacho, Dj.Volo, Pastel Boys and Big City Lover.
“Mi propio mejor enemigo (D.Unison Remix)” is the single that has been chosen to represent this release, with Javier Diaz directing the official video clip.
